Soap manufacturing – Liquids and solids for your brand

13 000 m² dedicated to the manufacturing of solid and liquid soap, split between two eco-certified soap factories in Lower Normandy.

Gilbert has, for many years, been privy to the R&D know-how and specific manufacturing process required for liniment, which is made with lime water and olive oil.
Manufacturing liniment entails specific know-how and R&D knowledge along with an intricate understanding of industrial production and the very particular manufacturing process.

SUN CARE

Our services include the development and manufacture of sun care products in the form of gels, milks, oils, creams and sun sticks with SPF protection ranging from 6 to 50+ in line with COLIPA recommendations. We develop suitable textures to create the sun care ranges you are looking for.

CLAYS, SALT, POWDER

With our industrial equipment you can also manufacture more unusual formulations and products such as clay- and mud-based (SPA) formulas, scented bath salts and powders such as talc.
